As Experience Design Lead focused on digital transformation, I was tasked with helping design the end-to-end experience of an industry leading self-service platform for Paraplanners and Advisers, in the Financial Adviser market.

The Client was looking to transform their Adviser platform to provide Financial Advisors with an industry-leading self-service experience, including new advanced functionality and an omnichannel approach. They required an overarching solution to their pre-sale, at-sale and post-sale stages.

In charge of stakeholder relationships, stakeholder workshops, collation of requirements and prioritisation, scheduling, budgeting, the design of the various deliverables, running + chairing user testing, collating the final report (covering insights, best practice and final outcomes), including final debrief sessions, I owned this project from start to finish and really enjoyed the team atmosphere we created with stakeholders as well as the internal Agency team.
